I voted but then refreshed and my vote is gone — did it count?

Yes, it counted. The vote tally is stored on the server, not your browser. What may have reset is the visual state showing which category you voted in — but the vote itself is saved. You won't be able to vote in that category again from the same browser.

I nominated a business but it didn't show up on the map.

The map only shows businesses with a valid address that our system could locate. If the address was entered with a typo or wasn't specific enough, the pin may not have placed. Try nominating again with a full street address like "123 Main St, Sugar Land, TX".

I want to remove or correct a business listing.
